- Two Star plan: two annual HVAC maintenance visits, plus a 15 percent discount on all labor and materials for repairs.
- Three Star plan: two annual HVAC maintenance visits, plus full coverage of your equipment, both labor and materials.
Please note: Repairs on equipment over 15 years old are billed at a normal rate minus a 50 percent discount, and our maintenance plans exclude major repairs (i.e., ductwork, compressors, heat exchangers, condensers and evaporator coils).
