Plumbing Warranties
- General Plumbing Repairs – 1-year parts and labor
- Tank Style Water Heaters – 10 Year (tank and component) and labor warranty for gas and electric. * All sizes available.
- Water Pressure in the house must be within safety PSI regulation to qualify.
- Tankless Style Water Heaters – 5 Year Parts 5 Year Labor 15 Year Heat Exchanger
- Water Pressure in the house must be within safety PSI regulation to qualify.
- Drain (Waste) Line Clearing – 30-day warranty, 1 year with successful main line camera inspection
- Water Line Replacement – 5 years parts & labor (copper pipe), 3 years parts and labor (Schedule 80 PVC), 2 years parts and labor (polyethylene)
- Main Sewer Line Spot Repair – 5 years material, 1 year labor and main stoppage
- Main Sewer Line (excavation) Replacement – 10 years on material, 5 years labor, 2 years main stoppage
