Plumbing Membership Benefits
- Check all shutoffs in your home to ensure that all fixtures can be shut off if needed
- Check incoming water pressure in your home
- Visually inspect water heater for rust or leaks
- Locate and mark your emergency water shutoff to your home so that in an emergency it can be found and shutoff
- Check your plumbing cleanout to be sure that there is no backup occurring (Sewage can back up due to a clog in the line at any time. This is a visual inspection of your sewage line to ensure nothing is backing up while we are there. If you would like your line inspected with a camera that would be an additional charge.)
- Ensure that no fixtures have slow leaks (Toilets, faucets, etc.)
- Check plumbing under home to check for any leaks or rusted water and sewage pipes
